Introduction to the conference 2023 Beijing International Environmental Technology Conference derives from the Sino-Germany-Poland Environmental Technology Conference, which has been held already six times in China, also one in Germany, and in Poland, respectively. 2006, 2009, 2013, 2016, 2019, the 3rd, 4th, 6th, 7th and 8th Conferences were held in Beijing. Due to the tight connection between science and technology, this conference provides a significant bridge to academic and practical technology exchange in the field of environmental science and engineering. It is becoming one of the attractive academic conferences in the environmental sector throughout the worldwide. This conference aims to attract global attention to the environmental protection and carbon neutrality related issues in developing countries – with emphasis in the Asian-Pacific region; to promote and transfer the applications from developed regions to developing countries in the fields of policy and legal experiences, management approaches, advanced technologies, capital operation modes. At the same time, relevant achievements in China will be shared to the world. The conference will provide a platform for academic discussion and communication, where all participants will exchange their ideas mutually. Deadline for extended abstract submission: 31st, August 2023, acceptance notice of pre-examination will be sent out on 20th, September 2023. Only the opening ceremony and key note speeches will be translated simultaneously Chinese-English. Only English-written extended abstracts are accepted – no Chinese language summary needed but welcomed; the format for extended abstracts is attached. Please, submit your extended abstract by email and please note “2022 Beijing International Environmental Technology Conference” to the mentioned email. The conference organizer will establish an abstract review committee. All accepted extended abstracts will be included into the conference proceedings. Registration The participants abroad can register on site and make payments in cash. The conference fee is 1500 yuan, and the student fee is 1000 yuan Note: The aforementioned expenses include meals and conference materials including Digital conference proceeding (the hardcopy needs extra payment). The accommodation and travel expenses should be paid by him/herself; the field visit fee on Oct. 24 should be paid during the registration or after the meeting, and it is 300 yuan per person.
